According to a Harvard study it costs an extra $1.50 per day to eat healthy food. Which per month is another $45 that college students have to spend on groceries. Which in itself is not that much money for a healthy lifestyle. Still, what if you could switch that around and save an extra $45 dollars each month. What if you could eat healthier, lose weight, and live longer? Sounds too good to be true. I recommend instead of focusing on buying certain types of food; you focus on how you eat the food you already have. The Japanese have a word that means “eat until you are 80% full” or Hara Hachi Bu.
